- Gambling Organizer: entity responsible for the organization and regulation of games on BC.GAME, licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under License No. ALSI-202410011-FI1.
- Client: Refers to an individual who places bets on BC Game. Organizations or businesses are not eligible to use the platform.
- Outcome: result of a game or event on which bet was placed, which determines whether Client wins or loses.
- Betting Line: A listing of sporting or event options, including possible outcomes and associated odds for Client to place their bets.
- Winnings: Funds awarded to a client following finalization of an outcome, calculated based on wagered amount and applicable odds.
- Odds: A numerical representation of probability used to calculate potential winnings of a bet.
- Bet Cancellation/Refund: A situation where odds are adjusted to 1.00, leading to return of stake in specific circumstances, such as when an event is canceled or there is an issue with bet.
- Regular Time: official match time excluding overtime, extra periods, and penalty shootouts in certain sports.
- Personal Account: online dashboard provided to Clients to access games, place bets, and manage their account.
- Authorization Data: Required login credentials, such as username and password, used to verify Client’s identity and access their account.
Understanding and Participation
Clients are solely responsible for understanding terms, conditions, and usage of BC Game before engaging in any betting activity. Before placing any bets:
- Carefully review event or game details to understand betting options.
- Contact our support team if anything is unclear or if further clarification is needed.
- Refrain from participating until full understanding of terms and conditions has been achieved.
BC Game is not liable for any losses or actions caused by misunderstanding, misuse, or misinterpretation of platform features. It is important that all players take time to familiarize themselves with the platform to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience.
Theoretical Return to Client
The Theoretical Return to Client (TRC) represents the estimated percentage of total bets that are expected to be returned to players over time.
